It’s me, Tess.
Your EFT Practitioner, Creative Guide, Writer, Artist, and fellow human in constant pursuit of healing.
I know life may feel frustrating right now.
That some of your emotions feel too big to hold. That you’re walking through life numb & disconnected. That you’re stuck in an endless loop of the same situations and the same problems, unable to pull yourself out and start again.
But I want you to know that there’s a reality waiting for you where you can experience true freedom and fulfillment that comes from within.
Where your feelings don’t control you.
Where you have the tools to overcome self-doubt.
Where you can quiet the endless chatter in your mind and learn to trust yourself.
Whatever happened to you doesn’t define you. Life’s lessons can inform us, inspire us, and guide us. But they don’t break or limit us. At any moment, you have the chance to change your whole life.
For a long time, I was convinced I would never heal that part of me that was hurt–or feel safe in romantic relationships again.
Because of that belief, I disconnected from my own creativity and feared being seen too closely, or worse—being rejected for who I was. I became deeply depressed, reactionary, and constantly stressed.
I couldn’t focus or participate in my life. I couldn’t make decisions. I couldn’t grow and prosper and thrive.
I knew something had to change. That I needed to find a way to return to my highest self & reconnect with my body so I could live the life I dreamed about.
EFT tapping kick-started my healing journey. It helped me neutralize the intense emotions around my trauma. It helped me unpack what was really underneath all my feelings and outbursts.
EFT tapping gave me clarity on my story and I finally found relief after living 7+ years in chronic stress & survival mode.
I started the Felt Everything Project, gathering stories from fellow survivors of sexual assault — what they felt and messages of support for others. Their voices, woven with my own decade of healing, became my first book: Courage to Feel — a definitive guide for navigating life after sexual assault that I searched for at seventeen and never found.
